Because your UGACard is your key to all services on
campus you should protect it accordingly. A lost or stolen card should be
reported immediately by one of the following methods during official
University of Georgia Business hours: 8 am - 5 pm EST Monday through Friday,
excluding UGA holidays.
- In person at the Bulldog Bucks office, located beside the Bookstore on the Sanford Drive side.
- By telephone at (706) 54-BUCKS (706-542-8257)
- Online at bulldogbucks.blackboard.com.
Outside of Bulldog Bucks business hours, lost or stolen cards can be deactivated online at
bulldogbucks.blackboard.com by logging
in and going to "Suspend Activity On Card". Once a UGACard
is reported lost or stolen, the account will be deactivated. The account will remain frozen until
one of the following occurs:
- The UGACard is reported found and is returned to the cardholder by the Bulldog Bucks office.
- A new UGACard is issued and the student brings the new card to the Bulldog Bucks office.
- A temporary card is issued by the Bulldog Bucks office.
Please contact the
Student Activities Business Office to replace a lost or stolen UGACard.
